We were welcomed quickly. Once at the table, the wait is long. Almost 20 minutes to get the welcome salads and order drinks. Positive : we recognize the products of the Buffalo chain. Point to review: no bread during the meal, and at the starter, impossible to enjoy the salad dressing with hot Buffalo breads, sacrilege! a cola drink on the children's menu which is not a real cola but a simple syrup without bubbles and without taste. a waiter who is slow to come to the table to take orders and who removes empty dishes and empty glasses from the table too quickly as if we had to hurry to lunch.
Delicious food, plenty of choice, good value for money. The layout gives you the feeling of being in a cozy restaurant, while it is actually quite large. We often go to a Buffalo Grill and it is actually always good and I always give it 4 stars. The extra star lies in the incredibly friendly employee. If we didn't understand something, she explained it in English. And no question was too much (an extra spoon to share a dessert or an extra portion of mayonnaise with the fries), always a smile and smooth service. Great!
