This restaurant is one of the 2 restaurants of Le Mont-Royal chateau relay (the 2nd being the 'Opera'. I had booked for my birthday at Stradivarius. This relay was a lot of hiding in my memory dating back 30 years ago. Everything was given a little to the taste of the day. The restaurant has a rather intimate atmosphere in the form of alcoves and tamized light. Deco in parquet and hangings. For the aperitif, we took a cut of rosé champagne which, at 22 euros, lacked freshness. For entry, a foie gras and its slices of bread:un foie gras that bears its name well, fat with little liver taste so to 32e c is rather disappointing. My third time here, and I must say, the service, food, and atmosphere are excellent. The cheeseburger and fries were cooked to perfection. The burger has 180 grams of high-quality beef great amount of protein. I also went with a delicious and refreshing spritz mocktail. The dessert was my least favorite because of the chocolate mousse and hot chocolate drink. Important: The restaurant will be closed for eight months because of an acquisition and renovation in time for the Olympics. I will be back then. Location: The location of this place is about 30 minutes from CDG airport with plenty of parking and a romantic atmosphere for walking. They have 4 EV charge stations for electric vehicles.

Very nice place and very good meal with quality products and very well cooked. On the other hand, it was a bit loud because there was a wedding in a room next to it. At the service level, our waitress was not very welcoming and smiling but she did her job. I had specified that it was my daughter’s birthday and so there was a chocolate plate on her dessert with writing Happy Birthday and thank you for this attention.

the à la carte dishes are at the level of the price to the quality of the hotel, that is to say a little expensive perhaps but they are fine and copyy. we were at service with the django animation that took place on the first Friday of the month and it was very pleasant. We had a great evening this Sunday for my family birthday. A very good reception, perfect service, the staff is at small care especially a server that I think is part of the oldest because knows very well his profession and is filled with beautiful attentions. The castle to be renovated we will return with pleasure to contemplate the result! The kitchen was really perfect. See you soon.

professional staff competent and listening, very helpful. Very good atmosphere in a superb woodwork decors menu: bar fetice, foie gras, snacked red tuna, black angus beef walnuts, cheeses, desserts all accompanied by a Fuissé castle! My little girl was treated in Princess by the room manager. Very good choice to mark my daughter's birthday

My appetizer, meal, and cocktail were great. My husband's old-fashion filled maybe an inch and half of the glass, and that was with ice. His chicken was dry and overcooked. The restaurant is lovely.
