Le Subvers - Reserva de mesa

A nice discovery in Florac. A great welcome from the boss this Easter Sunday and a delicious complete formula! Subvers (Burger revisited with local products) accompanied by crane potatoes, velvety mint peas, vitamin and spicy pop salad and homemade dessert also... all was very good. The super nice frame. I strongly recommend this address to the locals and visitors to Florac! It is with pleasure that I will return there.

This is NOT fast food and NOT a tourist trap. This is actually really GOOD homemade food with soul, healthy and filling, and delicious! I've eaten in Michelin restaurants giving me less pleasure than this meal. Few choices but better this way. And they support local producers. A true little gem like we need more of, hotly recommended and good value for money. Thanks to the chef owner, we loved your food!

Original burgers and just delicious desserts! The smoked trout burger is excellent with homemade bread and accompanied by a salad, a velvety glass of cold beet and corn pop! The cheesecake lemon raspberry speculos, so good with its ultra light lemon mousse. I've enjoyed it! Thanks to the super nice team and nice continuation!

Stopping for lunch in Florac was supposed to be a chance to eat along our way into the Cevennes. It ended up being our favorite part of our day. The meal was delicious, creative, and graciously served. The “soufflé au maïs” as a side was memorable (popcorn). Thank you for a memorable visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

A nice little reto in an atypical neighborhood. Very good service, hearty meals and especially very good and refined. Attention to the customer, apero on the terrace and dining in the room... than happiness! Thanks to the team. We strongly recommend this restaurant. Karine and Sébastien

Good ingredients except bread. If you like concrete... and I sell 18 handmade sorts (no concrete bread); A little expensive in my opinion.
