The sylhen was taken back in early September and is now called the dandy. The new managers want to make it a chic and casual place, trendy pica-pica. The decor was rebuilt for a very successful 1930s atmosphere. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday with at noon a simple but quality cuisine.
