Le Tajine Chez Hassania

We discovered the restaurant Le Tajine by chance during a bike ride in Vichy. Despite the containment and while respecting the sanitary rules, we ordered 2 tajines to take away. Hassania received us with a nice smile and a welcome to Morocco. We tasted our tajina once we returned to the cottage and found the taste and aromas of a dish that we know well to have a house in Morocco. Everything was perfect and we'll be back with pleasure in a next stay. We recommend this restaurant to all people who love Moroccan cuisine and or want to discover it. Hello to all, about couscous frankly no taste and normally couscous it’s with vegetables that means several and we apart from the large quantities of turnips I admit it two unfortunate pieces of zucchini eight pieces of carrots here is our couscous you do not even roasted in the broth absolutely insipid the chicken in a skewer that was not bad The lamb taste
