We came as a group of 4 about a month ago, the wait is endless but the cook knows his job, we had a great time, very professional waitress, the catering side was a little overdue following the poor reception from the boss and the price of the carriage visit where we were able to see 4 bison, horses, deer I think but meh.... the acclimatization garden in Paris or the Phenix park in Nice amazed our children more. Very very nice surprise. A great duck breast with its little vegetables. Very pretty presentations and very good, very beautiful inspiration in the kitchen. Just for a plus, the exterior does not reflect the magnificent interior appearance, it's a shame because it doesn't necessarily make you want it, it would take very very little so that visually on the exterior, nothing is stored, helmet, can etc., it is just in keeping with a very beautiful room and very nicely presented dishes, to make you want even more. After visiting the reserve we were happy to have been able to reserve the restaurant. We were made very welcome and the staff were friendly. We ate there for lunch and I was surprised by the reviews and previous photos... Nothing is organic, it's not homemade, far from it, and the prices are significantly higher than those announced on the site, they don't offer menus, the bill is very steep. Vegetarians, move on, no dish is provided without meat and the meats offered are not ethical at all (force-fed duck breasts, veal and octopus! Animal lovers, you will be disappointed. I wanted to thank all the staff for their welcome and the quality of service. Bravo to the chef for his pie and cooking the Ribs at low temperature which made the meat tender and succulent. A stunning location like this deserves a better restaurant. The waiter only spoke French but was kind and helpful. The food, however, was uninteresting, uninspired and the meat fried too long and drowned in heavy sauce.
