This is exceptional! We took the beef toy daube, the meat gets off at the spoon so it’s tender. Citrus and spices, it’s probably the only one I’ll eat like that and I’ll remember it. We managed to find a small place for dessert, a real home red fruit coulis with pieces. Delicious. An extra service, we laughed at the finish at the start, thanks Virginie! Run there
