place out of time discovered via a box michelin dinner star very happy with the journey and culinary discovery the hotel has loved and its few qualitative rooms allow to last the pleasure we have to enjoy it to reside in the highest room the bocuse of 40m2 of pleasure with bath shower, room with exposed beams. everything has been chosen with taste in the slightest details. has our arrival small heating concern adjusted directly by the chief himself in person. breakfast also served by the live chef. we enjoyed the proximity of the chef with his clients. Booking 19:30 quality and quantity mediocre bread defrosted service ultra long 2 h to arrive at the end of the main dish!!! atmosphere and sad setting. we folded at 9:30 without eating the following malgregate the server's proposal to accelerate when we asked for the addition. Thanks for starving us, but it didn't seduce us to come back. I'm not gonna recommend this restaurant to tarare.

a lot of waiting, a quality dish but the price of the quality ratio is no longer at the rendezvous!! lobster crêpe diameter 6cm is about 36 euros on the map. white wine with glass 9 euros for 4 small ore.
