Unlike so many other restaurants, Le Tire Bouchon makes a definite statement about its cuisine: no fries, no sauce! Our first visit was on a sunny lunchtime in early September, where a close examination of the various formules on offer excited our curiosity, especially since...to seniors such as we, all the options seemed to offer good value for money. Came across this place while walking around Lannion. I 'm vegan, my partner is an omnivore and it can be tricky finding a quality place that suits us both. This place serves (animal product-heavy) sophisto French cuisine but I asked if the chef could accommodate me...and there was no problem at all. Had a lovely main dish of rice, veggies in a delicious 'Hawaiian ' sauce, *amazing* ?dilled? melty carrots. My compliments to the chef. The server was sympa and chatted with us a while too. To the restaurant, I 'm sorry for breaking a wine glass, and thanks again for being so flexible.
We came to discover Lannion and had a great culinary experience at the Tire Bouchon where we were very welcome and very well served. The kitchen is excellent and the quality ratio is very good. We recommend. (Labbey-Auer Julie and Benjamin)
