It was actually a good advice because they are served generously, well cooked with butter and well seasoned, served with mache, cabbage. Half camembert in the oven will delight fondu cheese lovers. The St James shells served in caquelon are good thanks to a thick sauce with a rather dominant taste that masks a little too the delicate flavor of St James.
