passing through the city, we wanted to eat a good cassoulet and saw its rating this restaurant seemed all indicated. a parking lot with enough space for cars is a good start, then a smiling person at the reception and the fatty question falls: "Have you reserved?". . . .arghhh no, but the gods of gastronomy had to be with us because there was just a table!!So a tip: think to book! The entrance is a pure marvel and the sumptuous cassoulet that it would largely suffice on its own!Blessed a welcoming, smiling staff of good humor and mood; a very pleasant setting, and a kitchen. . . . really sublime. We even have the right to leave with the secret of preparation: time, simplicity and good homemade products, simple! Anyway, thank you for this moment of delight.

we went with a 3-year-old boy and we were lucky enough to have lunch on the terrace. the kitchen was excellent: special mention for the home foie gras (a delight), from the entrance to the dessert nothing to say. and even our son has been regaled because finding a different child menu from the traditional menu (steak chopped or fried nuggets) c is very appreciable he had the choice between toulous sausage or duck needles the most of the restaurant when it looks good: enclos with chickens and alpacas, a happiness for our son, and we could spend more than 2 hours at the table. He's been walking in front of our table to see the animals. Say again.

We read the reviews and came for the cassoulet and were not disappointed. We opted for a 39 Euro menu that included an appetizer (we had duck salad that had a side of duck foie gras), a main (being in Castelnaudary we had to try the cassoulet), and a desert. The meal was absolutely incredible and the service was friendly and warm. Just be prepared - the cassoulet is amazing, but it is a lot of food - it comes with duck confit, pork confit, and sausage all baked inside. We weren't able to eat again until lunch the next day. It's worth a special trip.

we opted for the formulas at 35 and 39€. Delicious and homemade entries even for bread. the cassoulet is just exquisite and very copied (the entries are also copied). advice very well advised for accompanying wines. We are delighted to have chosen this family establishment. the frame is very pleasant and the staff very attentive. We highly recommend!

excellent food, very traditional restaurant, clean and pretty outdoor terrace with greenery and animals; However, families do not seem to be welcome. The patronage is antipathic and has no sense of reception while it is a typical family setting.
