"if they really want to say good chips fries some! that is the place to be. the sohn romain des chef owners christian makes excellent baked. Otherwise, eating is fair when eaten at the bottom in the brasserie and quite good when in the first floor in the restaurant . the Brasserie terrace is 2 feet away from the road: interesting to see the traffic on the quite busy main road. the restaurant is open only in the evening."

This traditional Normandy auberge offers excellent tradtional French cuisine in a local Normandy style. Situated in the centre of Notre Dame de Courson, you can hear the old bell in the church chime as you enjoy dinner. Service is efficient, friendly and personal and the different menus offer a chance to enjoy some of the special ingredients the locality has to offer cooked with style. The presentation is good and the flavours excellent. Dishes vary from the traditional to the more exotic and all at a reasonable price. This auberge is popular with locals and visitors alike and every time I have dined here, I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend

If you want really good chips french fries some say ! this is the place to be. The son Romain of the cook owner Christian makes excellent pastries. Otherwise the food is fair when eaten downstairs in the brasserie and quite good when on the first floor in the restaurant . The brasserie terrace is 2 feet from the road: interesting to see the traffic on the reasonably busy main road. Restaurant only is open in the evening, I think.
