Le Tracteur - Reserva de mesa

We had heard so much about this place and turned up at on a Friday in eager anticipation. We were met with a very cool reception and the words what name none of the usual niceties one expects from a service industry. When...we said we hadn't booked we were informed that they weren't taking any more people in, despite there being empty tables both inside and out. No real regret that they couldn't welcome us. We came away feeling that they are living off an undeserved reputation with a definite snooty attitude. If you want to go there, then you would need to book your table. We certainly won't be trying again.

Le Tracteur doesn't look much from the outside but looks can be deceiving. This is a great restaurant ... really good food and service at very reasonable prices. We didn't speak a lot of French but the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The food...quality and presentation were first class ... and the prices were exceptional for the standard of the meal. Wine was reasonably priced also and there was a good selection of local wines. Le Tracteur was full the day we went for lunch, so best to book to make sure you can get a table.

We recently had lunch at Le Tracteur and would definitely recommend it for lunch or dinner as long as it is not too hot . The tables are set under umbrellas and or trees and it was a very pleasant location . Caravans with the...work of local artists sit around the edge of the area . Our food was good without being fantastic . The service was wonderful and the wine list had a good mix of local Uzes wines .

Repas très original ! Des plats aux saveurs multiples et savamment harmonisées dans un cadre inattendu servant d'exposition d’œuvres d'art singulier de l'artothèque Babart. Peintures et sculptures que l'on peut d'ailleurs emprunter pour une somme modique en s'abonnant à l'association.Pour manger, vérifier les jours d'ouverture et il est prudent de réserver. un super endroit pour manger et découvrir les vins de la région. Par contre ils ont déménagé en campagne d'uzès. Beaucoup plus agréable. Chercher l'adresse dans google MAPS. Très facile à trouver, C'est également un resto brocante et on peux louer des tableaux. Penser à réserver même en début de semaine, même pour le déjeuner.

Found this place by asking locals where to eat. Young chef, interesting, innovative menu. We tried a local fish dish which we loved. The deserts were delectable and the wine excellent. The waitress was very helpful and we enjoyed watching the chef cook and chatting...to him about the menu. Highly recommended.

We went with friends and had a wonderful time. Service was excellent and the food delicious. Prices were pretty much average for the area. We have booked to go again next week. The menu changes everyday with four entrees, two mains and four deserts.

Don't let the surroundings scare you. When inside you will find a lovely terrace with a very kind crew. The food they serve is delicious!

Couldn't agree more with the other positive reviews... Amazing tasty French food and with good friendly service. Would love to go back
