Well, I must say one of the happy nine at the first vault pop up it was amazing. Our party was six and I found the ability to wander during the meal is a real bonus for me. This is not something I feel comfortable in a restaurant where like in Courseul I had access to the garden and comfortable chairs and felt very luxurious indeed. It must be said that I have often eaten as a friend with these two and was always enthusiastic. Tonight with the new format change, i.e. I was a formal guest who made a donation, I felt totally pampered. The food was a gentle stream of thrills; it was like a delicious gift after the other. I know that my fellow table friends, who are more food than me, were happy and enthusiastic about the forensic section of each course. I, who cannot cook, was enchanted with the aromas and the beautifully balanced ads of food. If the pop-up food is, then it's magical.
