Le Trianon - Reserva de mesa

A gourmet restaurant offering à la carte dishes or menus. The tasting menu is quite complete and consistent. The meal begins with mouths with a tomato soup, a home terrine and peppers like burned cream. The meal continues with a duo of crunchy salmon and vegetables. In resistance plate the pintade is accompanied by vegetables. Then comes the pre dessert which is a meringue rhubarb pie. The dessert trio comes to close the meal. Note that the à la carte wines work well with the dishes. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Very nice experience.
