Superb experience. There were 7 of us, including 3 young children, who arrived without reservation. The owner or manager was alone without a cook, the restaurant was almost full. Before going to visit the Villars cave, we stopped by chance at the Trincou restaurant and came out enchanted. Everything was perfect. The meal concocted with local products, tuna feta tart, fried rump steak. The boss is very friendly.
