What’s the place to be to watch the world go by in Morzine? Try Le Tyrolia.It is a typical French small restaurant where the locals go to hang out at the bar. It sits in the sunshine on the corner where the old bridge over the river meets the tiny church, set against the mountains. The flags of Switzerland, the EU and, of course, France flutter in time with the babbling water rushing over the rocks below as you look down from your table. The town hall is nearby in the Old Town. Having been to Dixies nearby we found this cafe/bar on the door step in the Old Town. Lots of locals enjoying a beer or two but it is more a cafe than restaurant so if its fine dining you are after go elsewhere. The menu...is short and we were not expecting the food to be up to much but it was well presented and tasty. A great place to go after a few drinks. Unfortunately I think people have muddled this cafe with Le Tyrolien which is located towards the centre of the town.
Popped into this restaurant as it was close to our hotel, never normally do this but we went three nights in a row (every night of our ski trip). Fantastic service and wonderful food, cannot recommend highly enough. Between me and my son we tried...lots of dishes and all were excellent. Also a great atmosphere! The entrance looks a little like a tabac, pass this to the restaurant and its a wonderful fined, must try, it's a hidden gem!
This restaurant has had great reviews and we were not disappointed. They were very accommodating for our fussy children wanting to change the menu options. Plus the food and service are great. Although serving pizza, they offer great local cuisine too. Well worth a visit.

Avery friendly, comfortable and delicious dining experience. We were served quickly and our food was delicious, the calzone pizza was huge! A very enjoyable meal, will definitely be back.
the service and quality of eating make this always a first choice when they stay in morzine, make sure they book as it is very popular pizza type is world class!

This is a nice little cafe near the Dixie Bar which provides most snacks. Reasonably priced but it is quite noisy as its right on the road.
It's a great family restaurant with great service and great pizza. The value is fantastic for quality
