Le Vauban - Reserva de mesa

It is a restaurant that has grown in recent years. Now it's worth the detour. The menu is simple (starter/main course/dessert formula), but the cuisine is truly distinguished. Highlights for me were a rolled stuffed lamb breast and a well balanced apple themed dessert, which demonstrated imagination and technical skill. Attentive service, good selection of regional wines and excellent value for money. Very comfortable chairs too! Only downside no vegan option on the menu.

Sublime experience! During our trip from Carcassonne to Béziers, we got a little lost on the road... But there is no better example to define the phrase you have to get lost to find the treasures of life , than this corner on Capestang . Impeccable quality, very reasonable price and 10 service! It's been a long time since we ate this well! A starter+main course+dessert menu for 35€ the meal was really great, flavors sought after and explosive in the mouth The service is perfect, only small downside, we ate in the part adjoining the restaurant and it was cold...but that's to quibble. Very nice place, excellent meal at a reasonable price. Impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly, we had a great time. We look forward to returning when the sunny days return, especially to enjoy the terrace which is very welcoming.
