small restaurant in a beautiful vaulted room under the arcades of the central square of the nyons. the boss is a wine scholar and offers finds of the coasts of the rah and elsewhere. cuisine fusion Franco asian correct without more but report Q/P of the menu of noon (23€ flat entrance 1 glass of amateur wine) very bluffing. Recommandable!
From traditional cuisine with a touch of Asian made by a Taiwanese chef, the wine told as a beautiful story by her husband oenologist, my favorite restaurant. A trip to every meal, I go there once a year minimum. It's succulent, beautiful, tasteful, exceptionally good.
