The map is short, but the proposed dishes are very good: the marinated beef, served raw is a tuerie, very tender it is almost butter and the eggplant caviar that accompanies it is lifted just as it is necessary, and the straw apples allow to have a difference of fun texture!I will return to my next betting trip!
