After 9 months of absence that saw the passage of real gougnafiers who claimed to be restaurateurs, Alessandra and Corrado returned to the manettes of their Commodore to which they had known, for 6 years, to give a good reputation. This friendly and working couple has been dedicated since 17 March to a priority objective: to bring to the Commodore its true reputation as a serious Italian restaurant. There's a certain atmosphere here, that's for sure! Evening memorable with the next table that celebrates a birthday on the Halliday. We had been seduced by my mention of quality products but it is from the purchase at Metro that does not correspond to my definition of quality. Not terrible chips to wait, bad quality bread, homemade sauces without flavor, meat not at all as tender as announced, and fries filled with oil: no, it does not pass quality. It passes when you are not looking or gastronomic.
