I put 3 stars for service and atmosphere. The two stars in less is the kitchen and the price. A kitchen made with quality products, but no effort in the recipe and presentation. The potatoes of the burger have no consistency and sausage aligot fade. The herring salad with oil made at home is better. And the price: a burger at 26€, while all the good breweries offer between 13 and 17€, it is abused. I benefited from a discount by TheFork, and it's happy seen base price. The bar and the waiters are nice.
Cold reception, decor if not outdated and unclean restaurant, would be assimilated to a café-brasserie of a low-served station hall. Brasserie bonne, personnel super reactive, service rapide, the dishes are copied, a little expensive if order on the map but sin is the flat menu desert or flat entrance it is well about 16€ the formula. I tasted a beer brewed in Bourg the queen they offer and it is not bad.
Year-end meal at the top! The team was very careful all night long! The quality of the dishes was perfect as well as the atmosphere. I strongly recommend this establishment! Thanks to the entire VB team.
