After a very pleasant walk in the village we arrived and decided to eat inside because it was cooling off outside. Big mistake -since we were the only ones inside and had to suffer the dreadful music. I started with the baked aubergine which was very hearty and tasty. I followed this with the risotto of artichoke and langoustine and was surprised when it came with one large langoustine posed on the top. It was nevertheless very tasty. the ambiente in a former mill at the rande of st. paul de vence, the eating drinks as well as the service simply everything in the vieux moulin has been for many years and also currently simply top. even after three years ago the owners changed, but for the happiness have taken over the proven kitchen equipe, the performance level at eating and service is pleasantly unchanged. in a visit to st. paul de vence or the fondation maeght around the corner of the vieux moulin, we would always prefer the vieux moulin of the neighboring colombe d’or in terms of price/performance ratio and ease of service.Un grand bravo à toute l’equipe du vieux moulin!
discovered by chance by leaving the parking lot covered with saint paul de vence, for once no consultation of social networks, just we wanted to dine in a pretty restaurant. this was the case, the reception and the service are friendly and professional, the terrace is very pleasant, with orange trees, the place is very Provencal. The kitchen is very good, we liked the risotto with langoustines and spaghetti with hulls. the dishes are generous and the seafood truly present...Thank you to all for this good time.
We ate there on Sunday noon (preferably early afternoon) in the early spring. the terrace is pleasant and not noisy even if it is above the road. the frame is nice and the server was very nice! in the plate everything was good and quite hearty: octopus salad, vegetable salad/burrata, child menu, dildo pasta and chocolate marrow. the addition was normal given the quality of the meal and the good time spent. We'll be back!

The restaurant is just outside the center, and less busy as well as less highbrow compared to the city center restaurants. Food is good, though the prices reflect the beauty of the town rather then the quality of the food. Nothing special though nothing bad either.
An historic environment in an ald mill and olive press on the edge of St paul de vence. Excellent food with large portions and a good wine cellar all at very fair prices. Warm service from Tom and nida. A lovely happy evening. Unpretentious,!
We had a wonderful dinner on our first night in Saint Paul de Vence! The owner was very warm and welcoming and has great taste in music! We enjoyed three. Purses and each was exceptional.
We visited here for dinner. The spaghetti alle vongole and cream brulee were awsome! The staff is nice and kind. The atmosphere is calm and artistic. We enjoyed everything!

Very good service and meal was very tasty. Millefuille desert was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Beef Stew main was also lovely but very small serving size
charm of the old well renovated as a decor, simple map with quality products. We had a good time.
