Overall a very good experience. I will not give a 5/5 and I will explain why. In the beginning, after I made a reservation for my birthday to the restaurant, 2 weeks before, they didn't find. Apparently the reception didn't forward my request to the restaurant. Apart from this, a very nice server found as a table, offer us the drinks and made our dinner a nice time. I really appreciated his effort to make us more confortable us in the beginning I was frustrated. Apart from this, the restaurant is spelled as a restaurant gastronomique but for me there must be some more steps to make it gastronomique. Staying in the hotel, we booked the restaurant a few months in advance for a Saturday dinner. We had a table by the window, which gave a perfect view of the lake such a wonderful setting. I had the mackerel to start, lamb main and local cheeses for dessert. The starter was ok, but was a little too fanciful in presentation and lacking in taste. Nevertheless, the lamb was excellent, and the local cheeses were delicious. The service was really good and we were well looked after. N.B., the formal dress code. Ive wanted to try this restaurant for a few years and the experience didn't disappoint.

L’endroit est exceptionnel, un magnifique bâtiment, une vue splendide. Le personnel au petit soin accueillant sympathique et très professionnel. Nous y avons passé un déjeuner très agréable des plats parfaits goûteux très bien exécuté. Nous y avons passé un bon moment avec notre chien refusé à l’Abbaye et très bien accueilli ici Nous reviendrons. Merci

A very nice place with an outstanding panorama above lake Annecy. Food is excellent, but small quantity and price is high. Very good service and care of customers but you need to be patient between dishes. Net/net good value for price and a very good moment !

beautiful table very nice personal flat glasses very attentive and helpful very good meals with meat and vegetables of choice and in quantity. dessert revisited excellent. three varieties of wine bread a little expensive

With the dining room closed I used room service. Sadly the kitchen was overwhelmed that night and the food arrived barely warm. I would liked to have had the opportunity to use the dining room.

This hotel is not dog freindly your pet is only allowed in your room so all facilities are unavailable to you with your pet and they charge 20 euro for them ro stay in your room digusting

Avzc les beaux jours, le restaurant s’installe au pied du lac …. Un endroit magique poour deguster une cuisine sans chichi mais tres agreable…. Un tres bon moment

no menu so flat to the map, rather good, but no real surprise. So in short, not a very good value for money. The view is fabulous, the place is enchanting.

Staying in the hotel we wanted to try its restaurant. What a perfect choice. Everything was excellent with an amazing view on the lake of Annecy.
