Designed to order Kalbs-T bones, it was really delicious with its sauce and...truffade (potatoes cooked with Tom cheese from this region). Beef selection was also great, these guys definitely know how to cook the meat. Tout était irréprochable : les plats étaient délicieux et très frais, le service était super, les vins étaient bons et les prix raisonnables. 22,80€ le menu de l'Auvergnat ou 29,80€ le menu du volcan. Je recommande si vous voulez manger de la bonne cuisine de terroir !
