Le Wendigo Hudson - Reserva de mesa

I chanced upon this place and their patio this past weekend. The table d’hote luncheon menu had many great options and so we chose 4 items to savour. They were all fabulous, not only in presentation, but quality and taste. As a former manager of some fine establishments, I can tell you that the Chef here and his team, have mastered the art of finding superb ingredients, and with flair and imagination have created a wonderful gustatorial experience for those that venture in. As I told my attentive servers, I will return from some 7 hours away to dine here again. [Their paired wine was superb as well John from Ontario

Fantastic experience 2 nights ago. Food was sublime as was the service. Started with an octopus appetizer, shared between my wife and I. It was incredibly tender. My pork chop was the most moist pork I have ever had. I mentioned that the accompanying asparagus was likely out of season, so my dish came accompanied with rapini. My favourite vegetable!My wife had gnocchi with smoked duck. It also was amazing, as was the wine, dessert, espresso and grappa.Not sure how often we’ll get back to Hudson, but if we do, Le Wendigo is where we will eat.

we were a few times and always had an excellent meal. I like the open kitchen concept. the personal is very friendly and accomodating. the menu is limited, but there is certainly a meal to find, and the portions are well dimensioned. the prices are comparable to any other device of this caliber menu, so worth for their buck. they look forward to our next visit.

Very Nice Restaurant.The staff is efficient And eager to please the clients.It's gastronomic restaurant and the food is delicious.Believe me you won't be disappointed.On a final note: it's better to make a reservation. beautiful personal, nice menu options. I tried a bit of everything and we were not disappointed. the seafood cellar was a great value and everything was delicious! would definitely go back when I am back in the neck of the forest!

GREAT place, amazing service. Friendly, and every staff member is there to make sure we have a great experience (which is EXTREMELY rare nowadays). Food is great and cocktails are to die for. Amazing experience overall!
