The white wine (Vouvray sec) was perfect, the delicious entrance with a great finesse of flavors, the dish was also succulent with a true richness and delicateness of the dishes. I could only recommend this place to stay at the hotel by cutting the experience with the restaurant. We had the chance to be able to consume the tasting menu with the cheese trolley supplement. Visual, taste, service everything is there to compete with the big tables, I find that we are close to the star in Michelin, and for a reasonable price with regard to the tasted dishes. Special mention also for the wine map, and very well-known advice in sommery. Experience to do if you are passing by near Luynes, for an exceptional dinner!
very good table for a gourmet meal. the dishes served are always fresh and of good quality. menus, although limited, remain very varied and very interesting formulas. the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. small apartment on the service, it is often difficult to look to get bread, a coffee of water or something else. I highly recommend this address to make a good meal with friends, family or a small group (the room is not very large).
Excellent restaurant, the tasting menu is simply sublime. After an aperitif Vouvray crude Brédif de très grande tenue, the chords are perfect with, for the wines a special mention to the white Cendrillon du Pays d'oc and the Vouvray de La Fontainerie. The yellow place and almost calf are perfectly cooked. The service is no more pleasant, which adds to the pleasure of the moment. To recommend without hesitation

If you choose the Vegan option, the chef invents at the raised foot, a set of small wonders. surprisingly, I recommend.
