We had lunch in this little restaurant on our way home from a WE. Home without a chichi but we quickly see that the server is outdated. It is indicated that the restaurant is family and that is the case. Long waiting time and normal meals without nothing flichon, but good. Simplistic but we understand it by reading the map. At least when we get here we're warned about what's going to happen. We eat like at home, basically, we could have done at home what we're going to eat at the restaurant so for us no interest but we don't have to disgust others
This small restaurant does not pay a mine and is very discreet... and yet we ate very good burgers (more than 10 kinds at choice, local products, cooking in accordance with our demands) and handmade ice creams. The service was quite correct and the warning and sympathetic servers. Point: the restaurant accepts holiday checks. A very pleasant moment and a good surprise.
A Saturday night at the Clermont Monestier or we were only in the restaurant. Super pleasant and smiling winch handles the little affluence. Excellent burger with top, excellent local meat. For my part st Marcellin gratiné. To finish a cream burnt like I've ever tasted.
A perfect place for a lunch pose. A delicious homemade cuisine, smiling staff and a charming owner and in its element. A stop on the road to our holidays, to be done again!

The welcome is warm. The room is friendly and the service is attentive. The beef is local. Very good burgers. The Alps ice is falling.
