Leabrooks Fish - Reserva de mesa

The food was ok but no better than other chip shops. We had a extra large fish and chips which cost nearly £12 the fish was about a standard large fish from anywhere else. There was a small portion of chips and 1 small carton of peas. We bought it to share as it was so expensive but there wasn't enough food to do this. 1 small sausage and chips with Peas was £5.30 No wonder the guy behind the counter was smiling. Called in for medium fish, chips and mushy peas for our lunch after a walk around Codnor Park Reservoir. Fish was the best I've had in a long while. Really enjoyed our lunch. This used to be the best chippy round here but after today experience I won’t be going again. I was surprised to see that a bag of chips had increased by 60p and the portion size had gotten smaller. I understand that the cost of living is rising, but to raise the price of a medium bag of chips to £3.50 and then reduce the portion size is unacceptable.
