the people check the bill before the payment. spend $600 on family dinners only to pay for someone drinks on our bill. the setting of the male employee behind the counter was very unprofessional. instead of listening to us, he blamed us not to check the bill before he pays. they tried to say it was beaten, really so much if it is not even a public holiday. we received 2 acknowledgements with 2 different amounts, 2. even had added drinks to our bill from another table. management please train ur personal in customer service, especially this male employee who clearly do not know how to talk to customers. Finally we have our money back, but this place is definitely not worth all hype. you prefer to go to town or cabramatta to eat seafood and spend this amount of money. the half of the objects were finished before 7 o'clock and the sauces were too salty.
that stuck with the family, the workers who served us were very nice, the eating was also good. the main reason why I give him 2 stars is that the manager is rude when they work in customer service, they must at least know how they talk to customers. I just wanted a refund for something I didn't order if they didn't know how a refund that's good is just saying they don't tell me I have 2 options and one of them takes the dings that I didn't order, that's when I got crazy. will not be back to this place terrible management.
1st time here, drove all the way from Newcastle to check out this place heard some great feedback from family members. Couldn't really ask the staff questions about the food,I think they were pretty busy with only 4 staff setting up tables,and taken orders on a not full restaurant as yet. They were out of oysters, and the kickin classic. Food was great though at least next time we know what to do when we come. We will be back to try again.
not the best experience. pity that the employees are trained and are not able to manage customer concerns and solve simple problems, let alone be nice to the paying customers. certain items that are not available in the menu and seem to overestimate for what they get. very disappointing to be honest!
