I wished there had been more veggie alternatives to meat, but the basics are there: tofu sausages, soy yoghourts, etc. There are two bookshelves filled with vegetarian/vegan cooking books and alternative medicine books. So if you live in Nancy I highly recommend that shop. You can pretty much do there your weekly groceries.
