Leblanc's Cajun Kitchen

An excellent place in Livingston. The staff was extremely polite and the food was worthy to be called from a Cajun square (from a Cajun, so there were some crossed there). After a back-and-forward discussion with the Fam we landed on the Alligator bites for an appetizer. Perfectly cooked. I had the Jambalaya with everything and it was fantastic. My wife had the black cat, very good. I'm not sure it was the absolute best I ever had, but it was definitely in the above average category. My daughter had the Cajun Pasta (I think that was the name). She really enjoyed it and said it was better than other Cajun pastas she had, so something. I had a taste and it was very good. Super sweet staff? Of course it?s Livingston Texas! Extremely tasty food. If you like fried fish and fried shrimp and fried oysters? This is an excellent place to come. It is not over cooked and is not greasy. The food was extremely good and we would not have known about this place had we not stumbled upon it. We will seek it out next time. It was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is wonderful. They have a really cool and breezy front patio that is covered to eat outside and enjoy the Texas weather. This is one of the rare gems in The Texas Piney Woods. We will definitely be back.

Swamp for a crazy good Cajun meal, Mike? Cajun Kitchen is worth the ride. PS: There are no alligators among the tables.

The best seafood here and I lived here for 40 years. The bread for fish, mushrooms, scallops and shrimps was light and tasty. It is counter-style order and even serve drinks. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great place for a seafood festival. I had some raw oysters a bowl of chicken and sausage Jumbolyia and fried shrimps and Coleslaw. The food was great. Thank you.
