a wonderful local restaurant where you can buy delicious, self-made cheese, yoghurt, ice cream and ham or eat in the cozy stüberl. I guess I've eaten my best Amarena ice cream there. also the self-made mozzarella cheese you simply have to buy and taste. a completely different taste than the industrial mozzarella. a much more intense taste and firmer composition. you can't go by loading.
you get the best cheese only in the sojer natural cheese shop! on every holiday in the lechtal is a visit to the cheesery for us. also the ice tastes very good there. only recommended!
