L'eclosion - Reserva de mesa

At first sight a banal restaurant lost in the middle of nowhere, but very quickly we realize that it is a peaceful place thanks to its warm atmosphere, especially transmitted by the waiters. These were some (two) for a well-stocked restaurant but they always managed to take care of everyone. Orders were recovered quickly and plates arrived as quickly. I personally took a rib of Angus with fries, this dish was excellent, but I warn you that you must be an experienced eater to finish it. Restaurant review: a cuisine that is at the rendezvous and a value for money excellent, a warm welcome and a quick service. What more can I ask at the small village restaurant?

Beautiful points of originality and respect for products, the kitchen is at the rendezvous, nice surprise with the tuna tartare guakiwi, and notable efforts for the beauty of the plate. The Cheffe de salle also at the level, and a very pleasant terrace for this restaurant located in a village of the Savoyard vineyard. Remember to book because they often display complete! Thank you to the chief for having us.

We went to 27 people .. no possibility to move the tables.. Not very user-friendly. broken group..dommage.un seul menu ..so those who don’t like, ate on the map. not at the same price of course... complicated service. Young waitress, we forgive, but dessert and coffee at the same time... not top.

Excellent dinner at L'Éclosion. Very pleasant place, smiling staff and small care. Beautiful and good in the plate, from the entrance to the dessert. We spent a very nice evening there, we recommend this restaurant and we will return there with great pleasure.
