Privé de notre restaurant de prédilection , nous voilà obligé de porter notre choix ailleurs . Alors , confiant , nous choisissons le numéro 1 , pas moins ! Le pricaz , modeste n 4 ou 5 faisait notre bonheur , alors le n 1 ....Ce restaurant dispose d'une grande...très grande terrasse. Sa capacité d'accueil est donc en conséquence .... Le bruit ambiant est plus que gênant. Mangez en paix , n'est que le titre d'une chanson ici . Si la vue accessible à tous, clients des restaurants ou non , ce n'est pas un critère qui masquera la réalité culinaire en plus du bruit. We dropped into the scenic restaurant on our self drive holiday . We are from Australia and speak very poor French which we always apologise for) , we had planned on having a meal at this restaurant until we over heard one of the...male managers scolding the young waitress who had helped us in French/English so we could begin our order) he was reprimanding her for speaking English and we realised not only had we got her into trouble but this restaurant obviously didn’t welcome tourists . If you don’t speak fluent French I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant , we found another with just as spectacular views who helped us with our broken French and were just lovely .
Decided to go here for lunch did not have any idea about the place except that I passed it climbing the mountain the other day. Just put simple; service, food and location was just flawless. We ordered one of the local dishes sorry...but the name is gone, but some local cold cuts with some large cheese pieces, and it was stunning. I highly recommend it. (Even the kids menu looked great and tasted great)
Découvert grâce à notre hôte sur Annecy qui nous a conseillé ce restaurant et sa vue imprenable sur le lac d'Annecy. Verdict ? Pas déçu ! Tartiflette et autres Diots sont tout à fait délectables, et le café gourmand est copieux. Le service est correct et décontracté. Un chouette moment. Pensez à réserver pour espérer une place en terrasse avec la meilleure vue ;)

from the terrace they have a magnificent view of the lake annecy. this obviously attracts a lot of wanderers and people who drive up the mountain/bike. we have enjoyed a cold beer after our hike and, as stated, the view of the lake is an extra bonus service and prices that they can expect at a place that serves mainly tourist one time.
the location is really good with a stunning view of the sea. Although, eating is very average and not fresh (the reservation of us became ill.) most supplements are naturally frozen. the glands remain basically, a bit “edge” as. not worth. service was...ok, but slow. I would recommend to stop here for drinks with the intention.
every time I make a trip to annecy, I will make sure that I can save time for this jewel. the view is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset times. the fondue is fantastic and the service is great, all for more than reasonable price. highly recommended!

Quel plaisir de prendre un verre en terrasse, la vue sur le Lac d'Annecy est splendide ! Personnel agréable malgré le monde.
