When I picked up my order, I noticed the total didn’t match what I expected, so I inquired why I was being charged more when the calzones were advertised at $6. The staff member informed me that the chicken and cheese calzone was priced at $9. I questioned this, suggesting that since I was eliminating the onions and mushrooms, these ingredients should be considered. He told me that I would need to discuss it with corporate because that was their policy, and when I requested to speak to a manager, he claimed to be the manager.

We used to love Ledos but havent been there in a while and decided to go there for a rare eating out night. While dining in we saw alot of chipped paint and dead bugs in the window sill and alot if gum under the table. Lord obly knows what was in thecracks or under the bench seats. The service left some room to be desired. Being one of 2-3 tables at a given time you wouldthink service would be easy, but our waitress just seemed confused and like she had no clue what was going on. Service was bothslow and forgetful--we had to ask for things multiple times and even ask for plates and napkins after our pizza came out. Thepizza is tasty alright but was extremely greasy. My whole family was sick...
Well they definitely got my order wrong. I was kind of surprised but they messed up both my sandwiches. And then I ordered an order of fries for $4 and literally it was 10 French fries. Definitely skimpin on the food. The only positive thing I saw was the pizza which was tasty but yet the rest of the food was overpriced and dull.
There was no sign indicating that dogs were not allowed, and since I have a service dog, I was surprised when I was asked to leave with my dog. Typically, establishments post clear signs about their pet policies, but since there was no such sign, I assumed it was okay to bring my service dog. The customer service was terrible.

Pizza was okay. I ordered online for curbside, clicked I am here and got confirmation text. Waited 10 minutes and calked. Was asked if I was there, finally brought it out. Of course, it was by then only mildly warm. The pizza was not good enough for meto endure the hassle again.
Very happy with service and quality at this location. Food is consistently good, fresh and made to order. And despite being very very busy, the staff is friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to eat from Ledos
When we order off the website an 18 pizza with cheese and light sauce, it comes out with light cheese. The label confuses the Ledo employees trying to make the pizza. Please fix this issue

Ledos offers the best pizza around. It's unfortunate that they don't provide delivery services. Be sure to visit and enjoy a Cheerwine while you're there!
Ledo pizzas are great tasting and fun to eat. The square size is perfect for easy eating.
