The restaurant is very clean. Our server seemed a bit awkward when taking our order, particularly since we only asked for water. We ordered an 18-inch pizza, and he kindly packaged half of it to-go for us. He quickly refilled our drinks and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. The bathroom appeared somewhat dated, but it was clean, which is what really matters.
This is a simple restaurant that originated in Maryland, close to the University of Maryland College Park. I used to visit it frequently during my childhood, so when I learned that there was a location in Rockhill, I had to check it out. I can confirm that it is the same place, and it brought back wonderful memories for me.
It was a delightful experience. The food was quite enjoyable, and the service was highly professional.
