When I entered the store, the cashier was on her cell phone. Once she took my order, she continued her personal conversation in French even as she performed her duties.I checked my order and it seemed just OK. Once I starting eating, it was not.I ordered the Italian White. I don't see the oregano and I really don't believe there are 4 cheeses on this pizza.It appears it was made incorrectly, then it was corrected but the toppings weren't thoroughly cooked on one side. I was very hungry and ate a few slices and so did my husband. I stopped when I warmed a few slices in my air fryer. Soooo much oil melted from this product that I decided not to eat anymore. The pizza is so greasy its crust is darker because of oil. The fries are supposed to be covered in mozzarella topped with bacon, but are so old that i couldn’t pull them apart. It’s like they were sitting under a heat lamp and grew hard.Also i will take accountability for ordering the wrong pizza, however being reprimanded for doing so and then being asked to pay full price for a remake is absolutely unacceptable and one way to insure you lose a family of customers.
Was in town visiting. Staff was lazy. Most drinks did not have carbonated water. Ordered pizza and waited in a booth for 39 minutes to find out the food was ready and sat at counter for 20 minutes because the wait staff was too lazy to bring it to the booth I was sitting in. Bathroom take bring a key from manager. A places that denies someone using the restroom because they may not buy your produce is inhumane. And when you got the key, the bathroom was disgusting.
The night staff are ghetto and lazy. I ordered a pizza at the counter. Young girl on phone says 15 minutes. I leave and return in 20 minutes, and nobody made the pizza. Folks on the phone, GHETTO AKA POOR SERVICEWheelchair accessibility: None and the place was dirty.
