Falls Church restaurant has serious customer service issues. I was very excited to treat my guests with LEDO pizza. Unfortunately, I couldn 't enjoy it because the restaurant manager, who assisted me, was unfriendly and impatient. She raised her voice when I asked if they had a no ham pizza for my friends. Built your own pizza! she repeatedly responded in an aggressive manner. Her approach towards paying customer made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When placing a $114 order at the LEDO location, I expected to be treated nicely and friendly following LEDO pizza 's high standards, and Instead, I got the worst customer service in my life. According to your website, 'the concept is to provide high quality food at a great value in a comfortable, family atmosphere, and it feels nothing like this in the Falls Church location. Other employees I spoke to, both the host and the cook, were friendly and welcoming. In this context, it 's been even more shocking to see a hostile manager 's approach toward your loyal paying customer.
