I continue to watch the customer service decline at this location and it’s very frustrating. I’ll just be going up the street to the Burtonsville location from here on out. The last time I ordered from here, my pizza was cut so sloppy that it was falling apart. Most recently, I called at opening time (11am) to order a pizza ahead and then arrived 30 minutes later. When I got there, the pizza still was not done so I continued to wait. After explaining that I was on lunch break and couldn’t wait more than 40 minutes for an 8 INCH PIZZA, they went on to give me a half cooked pizza that I couldn’t even eat. My best friend and I patronizethis establishment frequently and we were very disappointed in the size of the supposedly 8"pizza. It was practically sitting in the middle of the box as if there was suppose to be something on each side to fill up the box. The pizza was supper thin an extra small. The workers kinda laughed and stated that there was nothing they could do, but the two pizzas which totalled 31 dollars and sone change was definitely not worth what we received. 1st time I order a pizza here. I ordered a gluten-free pizza pay 10.59 for an 8inch that looks like 6inch and it tastes raw I felt something dense I pick up the cheese and all the pizza its complete raw ????the best part was when the manager tells me... it is not raw ???? I make weekly mass and gluten-free bread i know it is supposed to be the only reason why I ordered it was my birthday and I did not want to cook in my day thanks for such a wonderful service
This used to be a very good Ledo's restaurant. But at this past visit the employees were not very friendly, and the service is not very good. Instead of table service like in the past, they now make you order at the counter and then trying to see yourself. It took a long time for a server to bring our food. So I have a lowered the rating of five stars to only two stars now.

I usually don't eat Italian food, but my family convinced me to try out Ledo's restaurant. The square pizza was outstanding. I was really impressed with our server, Mr. Sergio. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a good experience. Because of him, I will definitely be coming back as a customer.
Had dinner with my family around 8pm on Sunday 8/24. And we had the best customer service. We rarely are used to good customer service nowadays. We are super satisfied with the service thankful.
