I have never been to this location before, I usually go to the Alhambra location. I arrived and was immediately greeted by a very ghetto staff member with “Yes”. I ignored the attitude and asked for a coffee and a sandwich. Staff immediately made my drink, and I should’ve tasted it right away, but I didn’t think to. My sandwich took about 15 minutes so I patiently waited. Staff then told me my order was ready but she forgot the extra add ins I paid for. She threw them in the bag and went back to the register. I then was walking out and noticed the “C” rating this location has. I was so grossed out I wanted to ask for a refund but I just let it go. I tasted the drink and it was basically all...
Order a ham n turkey baguette with small coffee, they charge me $15.89. Since I was on the phone dealing with work I didn’t pay attention until I got my receipt.I ask the lady why it was almost $16 when the total should only be about $11.50 plus tax, she said it’s because I gave you the combo with chips. I told her I didn’t order chips she then followed up with “it’s cheaper for you”!!! Wait , how is it cheaper.Then she walks awayFew minutes later she come back with my food and says nothing, I asked her again about my extra charge she said just grab your chips.never going back to this place not when they over charge you for food you don’t order.Back customer service
This location is pure trash...waited 20 min for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich...the sausage was not cooked completely...the egg and bread was cold and it was no cheese on it... to top it off after waiting for 20 min my sandwich was passed off to another customer who realized the mistake and gave it to me...what lousy service...no care was put into this sandwich whatsoever...never will they get another dime of my money...sandwich was left in parking lot for the birds
They made my sandwich incorrectly at first and then when they remade it, I noticed there wasn’t much chicken on my sandwich. I asked for more chicken and was told I would need to pay extra.I showed her my sandwich and told her that the chicken wasn’t distributed evenly. She stated that she weights out the meat and it was 2.4oz.Compared to other locations, this Lee’s sandwiches is a ripoff. The amount of meat you get is laughable.

I came here during lunch time on a Friday (today actually. The sandwich was great. I really wanted spring rolls but they told me they didn't have them. The lady who took my order was upset. I don't know why. But damn I literally got a side of attitude with my order lol I feel bad because I don't know what she is going through but I'm not coming back here because it. Everyone walking in was catching her attitude.
I've visited this restaurant many times and have always been happy with my orders. However, this time I ordered an iced coffee and was quite disappointed. I asked for a large coffee, but it was mostly filled with ice and there was still about a quarter of it missing in terms of coffee. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.
Today 11/28 I purchased a ham and cheese on a baguette. The bread was NOT fresh at all. Clients buy Lee's sandwiches for the great baked French bread. That is the main reason of their success. Well, today their bread was deplorable. Parking: I found parking
This Lee's sucks I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and somehow got a Vegetarian sandwich not because they got the order wrong but because they chose to be stingy af got like a couple pieces of meat this has to be some sick joke.
