If I could, I wouldn't forgive a star! We could not enter the trip and paid with Paypal the total amount still in the evening of booking. My parents were in the accommodation and should pay our room upon departure as well as their own. When it was found that a room was paid twice, we were told to get the money back. Now about 2 months have passed and after 7 phone calls and 2 emails in which they had been claimed they would never have received an email with the bank details, I have now written an email with all the data in which hope to finally get the money back.
