I used to Love, Love this place, but this time no one came to the counter when I came in, I had to say hello, they had no menus (menu screens were off) An when I asked, I was told to view the menu online. When I order wrong from the online menu, he turned on the menu screen with such additude I even asked could we start over to make things pleasant. He still was rude, and very condescending. I will never spend a DIME at that location again!!! Mind you I drove 30mins. You can't treat people like they're a bother and expect us to spend our dollars in your business. My chicken Philly was good. But my husbands food was wrong .. cool . We take it back in and tell the guy who made the sams cheesesteak (we ordered on Uber Eats what’s missing.. he says it’s on the bottom. Yet top toppings like sauce and cherry peppers are missing. He puts the cherry peppers on top and does not fix the sandwich. He lied the mushroom and banana peppers sauces was not at the bottom of the sandwich. We eat lefty’s once a week first time at this location and definitely the last. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30
Decided to give this place a shot since they're close to the house. The staff was pretty nice and helpful in going over the menu. I went with the Munchin with Michael spicy chicken sub), it was ok, didn't live up to what I expected. I think most people order steak subs here. This place is usually packed, and was during my visit. I can say the Cajun fries were pretty good, but the meal overall was pretty expensive $18 for 12 sub combo).
Waste of $10. I ordered the Brisketfries. That's not Bristol. Fries unseasonal. I added cheese... it was almost not existent. The staff of 2 women had unfriendly attitudes that lead to poor customer service. I added Ranch... that was good. Nothing good about these two or the food today. Almost forgot they were fast, but had no other customers in the store. I would go the ZZ market on Cass for a much better experience.

I'll give them 4 stars but I recommend going in to order. The corn beef egg rolls where awesome and so where the fries. Just disappointed on the sub. Ordered the reaper with jalapeno and extras and seemed like it was nothing but meat, lettuce and ?. Not even spicy at all. I honestly added extra reaper hot sauce to get the taste. But over all I would order from there again. Not your run of the mill subway for sure.
The sandwich was good and quite filling. However, I was told there would be no charge for mayo, but I ended up being charged for it. I don't mind paying for what I want, but it's frustrating when I was told there would be no fee. Overall, I wasn't impressed, but I might give this place another chance at a different location.
First time ordering from here the only thing good was my fries. I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich. I didn't ask for dressing there was some kind of dressing on it. Then there was no flavor at all for the price it wasn't worth it I'll never order fromhere again.
I ordered lunch for two and decided to try the fritters because the photos looked incredible. While the food was good, I was quite disappointed with the portion sizes for the price. It came to $45 for our meal, which felt a bit steep for what we received.
