Leila's Bistro Flourtown

I ordered a beet salad, pork pasta, and roasted chicken. I met Jennifer, the owner, and the boss/owner Jose, who were both welcoming and accommodating. I was pleased with my special request for the roasted chicken, which came with a mix of dark and white meat and an extra caramel glaze. It was nice to see that they were willing to accommodate special requests. Overall, we felt like we were dining in someone's home, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'm glad Leila's is here, as our area needed a good restaurant. They are ready to cater to their customers' desires and needs, and have plans to continue growing and changing over time. Prost! This restaurant is an excellent addition to the neighborhood! My wife and I had a great time trying out the delicious menu, which has a strong French influence. The appetizers were amazing, and I ended up choosing the beet salad, escargot, and swirl soup for my meal. My wife opted for the crab cake appetizer and the fresh cod fish, both of which were excellent. The cod was lightly baked and served on a delicious ragout. We also shared a brilliant dessert. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and look forward to returning. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant!

It is wonderful to have a lovely French (primarily) restaurant in the area. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. However, the recent decision to revoke the liquor license and wine program has been disappointing. Serving spirits and beer is fine, but not having wine available is a drawback. I am still searching for the perfect restaurant.

a recently opened charisma. this casual French restaurant had excellent service in the night we were there. eating is very good and the prices are quite reasonable. the bevel soup, the beet salad and the beef bourguignon. should soon have their license. that is now just a bar restaurant, but should soon accept credit cards. what a great thing to have a beautiful French (mostly) restaurant in the neighbourhood. great eating and friendly staff. but for those who enjoy with our wine.

looked at the bar for a fantastic meal on Saturday night. recently opened. a soft opening. we had three dishes. I had done three out of three I loved.
