The 5 first dishes tasted the same;black truffle. The meat was almost like chewing-gum.Then followed 5 dishes, small and difficult to get a decent opinion of.Non of them rememberable. All the fuss with changing knives, forks and spoons for every dish, plates that feels like eating on stone,(what is wrong with decent porcelain), is just wrong in energy-saving times. 10 dishes was 5 too much. 400 euros for 3 SMALL tastes of wine, a sommelier that whispers, a very small cup of coffee, that is halv full AND cold, is almost an insult to the guest. Special event dinner for group of 6. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. I am not convinced the eating is the 1 star Michelin I have experienced at other restaurants. The dishes were interesting and recherche but not dazzling. There was an overall heaviness....I would not recommend it. And then the birthday cake with the sparkling candles arrived while the birthday guest of honor was in the toilet, and the staff refused to redo it once he had returned to the table. A real let down at the end.
a wonderful dinner in a michelin restaurant. we chose the a la carte menu and were not disappointed. the longoustine starter was just as phenomenal as the lamming main course. the chicken dish was very tasty, but slightly dry. also delicious. We have dessert-wise. the apple and chocolate dishes that were equally excellent. the sommelier also made fantastic recommendations for the wine. All-in-all one must be in meribel!

A table of exceptional quality, surprising, a marvel for the palate, a lot of research and refinements, an exceptional service too, a hell of a brigade, I would put it well beyond 5, well beyond 10, for having made very good starred restaurants, Mr Azoulay, you are far ahead of the leading group, congratulations, you and your team are perfect. We were not lucky by having the restaurant nearly empty and with kids running between tables. Service was great and professional. But we were not convinced by M. Azoulay's food. It was not that special and quite heavy. Truffle had no real taste. We should...have stayed at the bar and eat more simple food. It was sad as the hotel is great and the Spa really pleasant.
An exceptional evening spent with my parents, the kitchen and the service were perfect, the chef’s kitchen a unique journey from beginning to end, the beautifully decorated table, a great listening team and little care. small best restaurant in my life, thank you very much!

unique experience with the tasting menu, impeccable service and eating! we went to the all truffle menu, from starters to dessert, although truffle was very subtle (too little for me) in some cures, the total menu was great!
A magical moment, in a magnificent and warm setting. The food is delicious (special mention to the strawberry compote with wild garlic) and the staff are attentive... Highly recommended!
