wahouuuuuuu !!!! very well arranged room and decorated with elegance .change of map for the season : merlu , entrecote , pig , thousand leaf tuna / foie gras ... the fish is superbly valued without excess of sauce , very good cooking . the risotto is perfect ! the dishes are elegant and refined to delight the taste buds of fine gourmets . a little tired of the menus of the parties always identical and always more and more expensive.... we turned this year for this establishment that proposed formulas at 25€ flat or flat- dessert with dishes out of the ordinary....and we were absolutely not disappointed. Restaurant uncovered at Bayonne's feasts.Excellent and refined meal with dishes that change traditional at that time.Very good presentation and originality.
