Very good experience. The reception is extremely user-friendly and we are very well installed in the restaurant that is not very large. I tasted the smoked pork shell for 2:00 p.m. (head of not having the card in the eyes) and it was extremely tender and good without the taste of taking too smoky. Spicy mustard sauces and barbecue accompanied the dish very well. Potatoes with paprika were also very good. In dessert, smoke cream was surprising but very good. Really a good address for an appropriate price.

Recommended for gustative adventurers. Wide choice of bourbons (maize and ryes(seigle . Choice of smoked meat for 8am to 2pm (the famous 14€ chicken with smoked sweet potatoes and for me the supreme asparagus parmesan 6€. For dessert the adventure continues with the tatin of Mémé 5.5€ or the cream burned smoke... super trip with Guides to the top. We can go back with the dishes of the moment...

Uncontournable. The proposal is made for the viandaries, it is a certainty. But the quality of the products is simply crazy, the prices are in the high slice, but it passes. And the place, so small, is charming to wish. And, it’s remarkable, the team is perfect. At noon as in the evening, a Toulouse table was tested urgently!
