Lemon Grass - Reservar una mesa

I booked a dinner for two in the dining area on August I expected that there would be significant changes to the dining area in response to Covid protocols. When I arrived, the dining room was full and the pick-up and take-out area...was crowded. I waited dutifully at the door to be seated (even though I had reservations). After about minutes with no one attending, I walked up to the take-out area to see if I could be seated. I waited at least more minutes to get noticed... then being told that the only table was the one by the door... the reservation did not seem to matter. The atmosphere was noisy and busy, with constant traffic for pick-up and take-out. The dining area is small to begin with so there did not seem to be much change other than the plexi-glass between tables. I tracked down a server to order tea because I knew it would be a long time before we could order and receive our food. I settled with my friend and we drank tea and chatted. Unfortunately, our server was underwhelming. I ordered a mild dish that came with absolutely no sauce or flavour.. I was a bit taken aback... There was nothing on the table to enhance the flavour of the dish. I had to chase for a glass of water, chop sticks, a serviette. We have heard many stories of restaurants that have folded or are struggling to accommodate enough business to be sustainable. I am happy that Lemon Grass is bustling but the in-dining experience sucked. I will not dine there again... in the past, it has been an excellent experience

I have eaten here for several years and their food is excellent. However my experiences with take out during the Covid outbreak has been so bad I will not be going back. Twice I have tried to order take out over the phone. They have...a recording that says they are not taking calls. You can order on line but only through door dash where even if you pick it up yourself all the prices are higher by at least per dish and there is probably some kind of service fee. I havent processed the order so I am not sure. I went in this week to get a birthday dinner for my mom and their cash register wasnt working properly and after looking at my credit card bill, they double charged me for the dinner and guess what I cannot call them to straigten it out. Now I have a huge hassle with my credit card company or I have to go back to the restaurant to get it all straightened out. Zero points for service and I am done with them now. I will find a different Thai restaurant with better ordering options!

Oh yes it is so good, my wife and I went for the Shrimp and Chicken Salad Rolls, the Cashew Chicken and the Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp. So good. We will do this again.

This place has a great atmosphere and even better food! Highly recommend the Coconut Thai Curry Pork.

Not impressed at allAll their soups including the vegeterian ones are made with chicken broth.
