I came here as part of an event where you pay a set amount to get 5 tickets to redeem for small dishes from various local restaurants. Lemongrass was offering either crab rangoon or spring rolls for carryout only. When I walked in, the bar side of the restaurant wasn 't set up for dine in and there were boxes of supplies around. It was rather messy and unappealing. A woman had requested spring rolls because they were labeled vegetarian on the event menu, but they had shrimp in them. Tip Gratuity is AUTOMATICALLY included. One of the last and remaining authentic Vietnamese restaurants in St. Louis. Super delicious, true to the culture foods served here in Grand St. Louis. Highly recommend the crunchy rice (com chay) dish with seafood or a protein of your choice. The current rating of 3.8 stars on Google does not truly reflect the taste, service, and price of the restaurant when we arrived. Highly recommend going here if you ever crave Vietnamese food!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff displayed racist behavior, particularly towards black customers. The server refused to accept my husband’s usual order, insisting that they didn’t have what he requested. His attitude was extremely negative throughout the interaction. We've dined here before and tolerated the disrespect, but today's service—on Mother's Day—was the worst we've ever encountered. I would advise caution when dining here.
Wow!!! Such an incredible place for authentic, reasonably priced Vietnamese food. Service was amazing fast. Came with a friend on a rainy day we had the vermicelli with beef eggroll, lemongrass special beef noodle soup, Thai iced coffee. Everything was delicious!
Like said before, extremely rude and unwelcoming waiter/owner. He acted as if we were bugging him simply by being there. Nearly 50 dollars for pretty bland pho ga. Went there for the first time after the closing of Pho Grand and won't be going back.
I’m not sure why people are so critical of the service! The staff member was straightforward but not rude in any way. The food was simply delicious—so fresh! They also offer excellent vegetarian and gluten-free options. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant is clean and offers excellent prices! The service was good, and the appetizers arrived in about 15 minutes. The portion sizes are generous. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5!
