I love Thai food and again this was a recommendation.The entrees were good but normal fare.The pad Thai was great but the other mains were disappointing.I love heat and lemongrass. However the balance was off for the chicken with basil and chilli and the pork belly with lemongrass.I can cook these better than this. I want to go out and eat something I can't cook or balance like an authentic caring Thai chef can.The chilli in the chicken dish was too strong against the other ingredients rendering it too hot to eat or enjoy. Tonight I called at 6pm and put in an order to be delivered. After an hour of waiting I saw the delivery guy across the road who knew nothing about order! I then called to speak to a lady who was hard to understand and said she was busy and would call me back for a refund.I called back 20 minutes later to be told again she is busy and will call back. I called again to find out her name which she said no and hung up on me. Lemon Grass has stolen my money and will not refund and the customer service is repulsive! Not acceptable and never again!
I have had Beef Massaman here twice before and both times it was yum (perhaps a bit salty second time). Just had takeaway which I picked up. The woman who served me offered no niceties and didn't even make eye contact when giving me my receipt just moved on to whatever else. The beef in the massaman was particularly tough and the sauce lacked flavour and the normal creaminess. Was not be going back any time soon.
I ordered the pad thai which was delicious however the service was poor. We had to signal for someone each time we wanted to order drinks, food and then the bill. Prices are good and the restaurant is large so would be good for large groups. Not sure if l would go back as there are other thai options close to this that l would choose over this place.

We chose to eat at Lemongrass Thai because we can rely on the food to be good. We haven't eaten at the one in Woden for quite some time. Staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 meals off the lunch menu - fish and pork. Both came with rice. Fish had a tasty chilli sauce. The pork was nice and crispy. Good value for money.
We dropped into Lemongrass for an early meal at 5:00 before heading to a 6:00 family movie. The service was prompt and friendly. Our entrees arrived about 5:15 and our mains at 5:25. We had three mains and each was delicious. The kids ate every scrap and we arrived at our movie with plenty of time to spare. We'll be back.
Dined or with a couple of friends. We all had entrees and mains. Service was great. Meals came quickly and the food was nice. Not the most amazing Thai I've ever had but I would definitely return. The ladies bathroom needs some attention but other than that, it was a lovely restaurant.
After a visit to the Art Galleries and finally finding our AirBnB in Curtin we found this little gem at nearby Woden shopping centre Food was excellent as was the service Go there again for sure

We were with a party of 20. Good food and friendly service. I needed gluten free food, no problem, I had plenty of choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, will be back next time in ACT.
I enjoyed the food and the ambience. The service was good and they catered for a vegan. The vegan dish was very nice.
